Please remember to bring proof of residence, immunization records, withdrawal form or transcript from previous school, official birth certificate and social security card. You will NOT be allowed to register without these items.
RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION ONLY
August 11th

1:00-3:00 Last Names M-Z
Remember to bring any updated immunization records and proof of residency. You will not be allowed to register without these items.
Yearbook pictures will be taken on both days. Please observe the student dress code.
You may also pre-pay cafeteria accounts and any student fees at this time.
Remember.... If you did not return the completed pre-registration form that was mailed to your residence in May, you will need to be prepared to complete that form at registration.
The Care Van will be in the Middle School Parking Lot on August 11th from 9:00 - 12:00 for any students who will need booster shots for the upcoming school year. |
